1.3. This policy describes how we process personal data when you use the site, in line with applicable data-protection law (including, where relevant, the GDPR).
2. Data we may process
2.1. Data you provide: when you use the contact form (name, phone, email, business field, message content) and any other information you choose to send.
2.2. Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, date and time of requests, pages viewed, referrer, identifiers set by analytics tools, cookies and similar technologies, and search queries when you use on-site search.
2.3. Third-party channels: if you contact us via external messengers or social networks, their providers’ policies also apply.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We process data to respond to enquiries, provide information about our services, maintain and secure the website, measure aggregated traffic and improve the user experience, and comply with legal obligations. Legal bases may include your consent (where required), steps prior to a contract at your request, legitimate interests (e.g. security and aggregated analytics, balanced against your rights), and legal obligation.
4. Cookies, local storage and analytics
4.1. We use cookies and similar technologies (including localStorage) for essential functionality and preferences such as theme (light/dark).
4.2. We use Google Analytics (measurement ID G-26XNW99R42). Google may process usage data as described in Google’s policies. See Google Privacy Policy.

5.2. We may engage processors (hosting, IT services, analytics, communications) bound by appropriate confidentiality and data-processing obligations.
5.3. Depending on the technical setup at any given time, our infrastructure or that of our processors may be located in different jurisdictions. Where applicable law requires it, international transfers are made on a permitted legal basis. We do not disclose the specific location of servers in this policy for security reasons; reasonable information can be requested by writing to sale@contact.work.

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, unless a longer period is required by law.
7. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures proportionate to the risks.

8.1. Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to access, rectify, erase or restrict processing of your data, to object, to data portability, and to withdraw consent where processing is consent-based.
8.2. You may also lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority — in particular, where the GDPR applies, with the authority in the country of your habitual residence, your place of work, or the place of the alleged infringement.
8.3. To exercise your rights, contact sale@contact.work with the subject line “Privacy request”.
9. Minors, automated decisions, data you provide and third-party tools
9.1. Minors. The Site is not directed at collecting personal data from children without appropriate parental or guardian involvement. If you are under the age at which consent can validly be given under your local law, do not submit personal data without a parent or guardian. If we learn that we have collected data from a child without a proper legal basis, we will take steps to delete it where feasible.
9.2. Automated decisions. We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing of personal data collected through the Site that produce legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affect you, except where required or permitted by law and subject to your applicable rights.
9.3. Accuracy and third-party data. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit via forms or other channels and for ensuring you have a lawful basis to provide any third person’s data. We do not verify all submissions independently and, to the extent permitted by law, are not liable for issues arising from inaccurate or unlawful information you supply.
9.4. Third-party services. Tools such as Google Analytics and Google Maps are operated by their respective providers under their own terms. We do not guarantee their availability, error-free operation or continued policies and, to the extent permitted by law, are not liable for disruption, changes or processing by those providers outside our reasonable control as processor selection and contracting.
9.5. Nature of this policy. This policy describes our general practices for the Site as of the “Last updated” date. Specific services or projects may be subject to additional notices or agreements. Mandatory provisions of applicable law prevail.
10. Changes
We may update this policy; the current version is always linked from the site footer. Material changes are reflected in the “Last updated” date above.
