How many concurrent calls are possible?
Our record – 2,000 simultaneous calls. You can go higher by using several Asterisk servers.
Which outbound dialing rules are supported?
Outbound flows are built around your processes and business requirements. For example, a call may start as soon as a lead submits a request. If the callee does not answer, a follow-up attempt is placed after 5 minutes. If there is still no answer and they have not called back, two more attempts follow at 10-minute intervals, rotating the calling number.
What campaign types are used for mass outbound calling?
Depending on how many calls run in parallel, you use progressive or predictive dialing. Progressive dialing suits lower call volumes or high-value leads. Predictive mode fits high concurrent volume or lower-cost leads.
Can autodialing be embedded in our CRM or another application?
Yes. The module uses an API to start, pause, or change outbound campaign configuration. You can manage dialing from our web interface or from your own applications.
